These terms govern the relationship between Wrights Auto Services and Tyre Centre Ltd and you. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these conditions. We provide MOT testing, repairs, and servicing in accordance with UK standards. Bookings are subject to availability. Please ensure all contact information provided is accurate and kept up to date.

    We ask for the removal of all personal possessions from your vehicle before you hand over keys. Whilst we take every care, we cannot be held liable for personal items left inside vehicles during their time with us.

BOOKINGS AND MOT REQUIREMENTS

Pricing is based on current rates for parts and labour; quotes are estimates and may vary if additional faults are found. We will contact you for authorisation before proceeding with extra work. For MOTs, if a vehicle fails, re-tests are subject to DVSA regulations and specific timeframes. Payments must be settled in full before your vehicle is released.

  • We accept most major debit and credit cards or cash. Failure to give 24 hours' notice for cancellations may incur a fee. Vehicles should be collected promptly to avoid storage fees.

PRIVACY AND LEGAL JURISDICTION

We value your privacy and handle data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Our website content is for information only and may change. If you have a complaint, please speak with our manager immediately so we can resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
